Mid-game TBS interview in the Phils-Reds’ third game at Cincinnati tonight and Greg Dobbs and Roy Oswalt exit the dugout behind interviewee pitching coach Rich Dubee. Oswalt is staring at the camera, then pauses and produces this very un-Oswalt-like Full Cheese:

I was hoping someone caught that, too. Love it!
Great shot. Thanks
I thought that was hilarious!
It’s great when you find out that a player who doesn’t strike you as funny or nutty reminds you of Roy Campanella’s wonderful line that it’s a man’s game, but you’ve got to have a lot of little boy in you to play it. For example, one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen was Orel Hershiser in the Dodger dugout one day as Tommy Lasorda was walking back and forth talking, and Hershiser started doing hand motions to signify someone talking and imitating Lasorda’s walk. When Lasorda turned, Hershiser just said hello and went on his way. Another time, Lasorda’s uniform had been changed so that the name read LASAGNA. Who had changed it? Of all people, Steve Garvey. Yet they aren’t the Dodgers who come to mind when you think of pranksters.
I agree completely.
